Ports, Harbour & Waterways

Control House supplied the MCC’s, Operator consoles, PLC control panels and field junction boxes for controlling the hydraulic ramps for the Roll On, Roll Off ferries for the recently refurbished Berth 3, Dover Harbour.

Other projects include upgrades on the Thames Barrier & various automated lock gates and river water level controls.

Nuclear Power Station

A recent Project Control House won was for a Waste Retrieval System for one of the UK’s decommissioned Nuclear Power Stations.

Rigorous quality procedures were demanded for this nuclear project and Control House was chosen because of our high standards when it comes to quality procedures and workmanship. We constantly strive to improve on the previous project in our pursuit of excellence.

Funicular Railway, South Korea

Control House supplied the MCC, Operator console, PLC control panels and field junction boxes for a project in South Korea.

The suite of panels provided control will control a funicular railway which will transport cyclists and their bikes to the summit of the mountain so they can cycle down.
